Bail USA Conference 2013

Bail USA called Nashville Event Planning and wanted us to give them the Nashville experience for their conference, so that's what we did!

For Sunday, April 21, we planned a team building event for them at the Sound Kitchen in Nashville.  We broke the bunch up into three groups and then had a song writer assist each group in writing a song about their company.  Then the groups preformed and recorded their songs.  Later that night, we held them a private dinner at the Wild Horse Saloon.  They enjoyed live music and line dancing lessons that we had set up for them.

On Tuesday night, April 23, we had a great time decorating the banquet room at the Marriott in downtown Nashville for their banquet dinner. We decorated it with country elegance! The entertainment we booked to perform was Amber Hayes Band and they were a big hit!  Later we played the songs that the groups had written on Sunday and gave out 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.

Nashville's Modern Home Tour

The Modern Home Tour got a southern treat this year.

The company organizes 27 tours across the country. They came to Nashville on November 3, 2012.

This was their first time touring Nashville.

People all over bought tickets for the self-guided tour and viewed the homes from 11 a.m.-5 p.m..

Five homes were shown in the tour. The architects who designed these masterpieces included Bruce Draper, Building Ideas, LLC, Lisa Friedland, and Ryan Thewes. With each home having its own distinct personality, the audience was able to capture the beauty of each one. Whether it was an old home turned new, or freshly built houses. Nashville Event Planning teamed up with Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee, where a portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold were donated to the local chapter.

VIP Poker Party Connect Wise and Lab Tech

We had the pleasure of working with Connect Wise and Lab Tech planning their Red Carpet Poker tournament with VIP clients of Connect Wise and Lab Tech, they had some software give away's for the top winners. This event took place on April 11th, 2012 at the Renaissance Hotel, in Nashville, TN. Our corporate division loved planning this event with Connect Wise and Lab Tech and we want to give a huge thanks to everyone that came out!

Fifth Third Bank Ribbon Cutting

We had the great pleasure of being a part of the Fifth Third Bank Ribbon Cutting on April 4th, 2012. The event lasted from 11-1 that afternoon at Belle Meade on Harding Pike. We are so excited to be a part of this event! It's been so much fun. Even Gnash from the Predators was there!
