Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club Bridal Show

We had the opportunity to be a vendor at Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club bridal show this past weekend. This is our second year participating in the show and it was a hit even with all the rain! We had a great time meeting new brides and letting them see what we do and what we have available to make their "Dreams a Reality." Cheuvex Salon below is a great place to get your hair done and they also have beautiful bridal jewelry. Tara Carver will come to you and do your bridal parties hair and make-up. Aiden's 2nd Birthday Party

We wanted to show you some pictures from a great little birthday party for Aiden's 2nd Birthday. The theme was Handy Manny but the idea for the candy store was from one of the characters on the show Mr. Lopart, he owns a candy store. The candy store in the pictures is called Candylicious it's located in the streets of Indian Lake in Hendersonville, TN. The children stuffed animals with candy and after the candy is gone they get a bag of stuffy for their fluffy friends. Each child makes a birth certificate and box to take their animals home inn. Every kid loved it even the older boys and girls. If you are looking for place to have a party contact us and we can help you plan any themed birthday party. We wanted to thank Brenda and Roger for working with us and making Aiden's Birthday perfect. The cake in the pictures is by The Bake Shoppe and I just wanted to say Dawn and Amy you are amazing and I loved the detail of the cake...even the itty bitty screws on the sign! From dressy to casual....... We had the opportunity to bring some creativity to Brad Samples CD release at Mercy Lounge. Erin from Dove Photography was also there helping Brad out. Green and Raspberry's are the New Spring Colors...Passing along the info.

We are passing on the New 2010 Spring Colors....One of our lovely TWESA members had the opportunity to attend an international bridal convention in New Orleans and passed new information to us, for Spring 2010 trends. It's official, green tones are in and a lot of floral decor consist of moss and various greens. We have been seeing many differnet shades of green such as celadon, sage, and mint. I found these great decor ideas and wanted to share them with you...

As for the Raspberry! Brides are flocking over this color because you can pair almost any color with it from light to dark. Raspberry is different, but is very classy which brides love. Check out the color combo below with the bright raspberry and a touch of darker purple. If you are worried about matching bridesmaid colors don't.....a little bird told me that more and more bridesmaid designers have this new color in their Spring 2010 collections!
