John and Cate held their ceremony at Assumption Church on August 22, 2009. Following they had a reception at the historic Cedarwood, which offers expansive grounds and an enchanting sites for outdoor weddings. John and Cate's guests began the evening with passed hors d'oeuvres and the bride and groom pick out a signature drink coming from their southern roots. Followed by a pasta dinner, chicken and a carving station. John and Cate looked so happy as they danced under the starlit night. Congrats you two and we are going to miss working with you!

John and Cate's Rehearsal Dinner
John and Cate had their rehearsal dinner at Maggiano's in one of the private banquet rooms. This is a great place for a rehearsal dinner, it gives you the privacy to share with your family and friends before you big day. The staff is very professional and willing to work with you! The goal at Maggiano's Little Italys to bring the inviting feeling of the old neighborhood a little closer to your neighborhood. To be more than just a place to eat, but rather, be a gathering place where you and your friends and family can slow down, enjoy a great meal and reconnect. We did all of Cate and John's centerpieces and coordinated the whole night! Here are some pictures......

Kelsie and Alan's Wedding August 1, 2009
Kelsie and Alan tied the knot at Spring Haven Mansion in Hendersonville, TN this past weekend. I am going to show the process of a full planning package. Kelsie and Alan had their ceremony and reception at a beautiful plantation home with rich pre-civil war history. Andrew Jackson, John Armfield, Isaac Franklin, and Adelicia Acklen are only a few who shared in the rich history of this home. Nashville Event Planning constructed all the centerpieces, candy bar, food tables, guest table and ceremony decor. It rained but Kelsie and Alan did not let the rain ruin their special day. It was amazing how the rain stopped right before Kelsie walked down the aisle to meet her future husband!
